📍 Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking shows Delivered, but you can't find the package:

• Check with neighbors or building staff
• Check around the entrance of your home
• Contact your local post office with your tracking number

If your package says "Delivered," we cannot issue refunds according to our Refund Policy.

🛠 Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Item?

Before contacting support, please prepare the following evidence:

• Unboxing video (required for missing items)
• Photos of the item
• Video of the defect/damage
• Photo of the original packaging
• Photo of the shipping label

This helps us process claims quickly and prevents delays.
