By accessing or purchasing from ASBY Store, you agree to the following terms.

Product Availability & Supplier Rules

We work with Zendrop to fulfill most orders.

Product availability depends on supplier stock.

We are not responsible for:

✗ Out-of-stock items

✗ Discontinued items

✗ Supplier delays

Product images and descriptions are provided by suppliers.

Minor variations in size, color, or packaging may occur.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

✗ Payment cannot be verified

✗ Fraud is suspected

✗ The product is unavailable

Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping information.

All delivery estimates are approximate.

Delays do NOT qualify for refunds.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by carriers are NOT refundable.

All claims must follow:

• ASBY Store Refund Policy

• Zendrop claim standards

Claims without proper evidence will be rejected.

We use:

• Shopify for store operations

• Zendrop for fulfillment

• External carriers for delivery

Data may be shared only as needed to complete your order.

ASBY Store is not liable for:

• Shipping delays

• Customs delays

• Stolen packages

• Wrong address provided by the customer

• Misuse of products

• Events outside our control
