No shipping on weekends or holidays.

We are NOT responsible for delays caused by:

3. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
Tracking may take 2-5 days to update after shipment (Zendrop standard).
4. Lost Packages (Zendrop Rule)
Refunds are ONLY provided if:
If tracking shows "Delivered", the order is NOT refundable.
5. Wrong Address Entered
Customers are fully responsible for entering a correct shipping address.
We cannot refund or reship orders if:

- • The address is incomplete
- • The package is delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
