Refund Policy – ASBY Store

To protect our customers and our business, ASBY Store follows a strict refund, return, and replacement policy based on Zendrop's official claim rules.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Refunds or Replacements Are Only Approved If:

According to Zendrop rules, we can only approve claims in the following situations:

Defective item (video proof required)
Damaged item (photos + video required)
Wrong item received (photos + video required)
Missing item in package (unboxing video REQUIRED)
Package lost (ONLY if tracking does NOT show "Delivered")

We DO NOT offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
Incorrect size/color chosen by the customer
"Item looks different than expected"
Shipping delays within the protection period
Packages marked as "Delivered"
Claims submitted without proper evidence

Mandatory Evidence Required (Zendrop Standard)

To file a claim, the customer MUST provide:

A CLEAR unboxing video (required for missing items)
Photos of the damaged/defective area
Full product photos
A video showing the issue
A photo of the shipping label
A photo of the original packaging
Order number and email

Claims MUST be submitted within:

• 7 days of delivery for damage/defect

• 5 days for missing items (unboxing video required)

• 30 days for lost packages (if tracking never shows "Delivered")

Claims without complete evidence will be rejected.

"Delivered" Packages (STRICT Zendrop RULE)

If the carrier marks the package as Delivered, the order is NOT eligible for refund or replacement.

We are not responsible for:

Stolen packages
Packages left in mailboxes
Packages left at doorsteps
Customer failing to retrieve the package
Incorrect delivery locations

Customers must contact their local carrier for investigation.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, ASBY Store is NOT responsible for:

Lost packages
Failed deliveries
Return-to-sender issues

NO refunds will be issued in these cases.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items
Items without packaging
Clearance or sale items
Items damaged due to misuse
Any item without required evidence

Refund Processing (If Approved)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Processing time: 3-7 business days.
